Kundalini yoga, is the yoga of awareness. This practice helps each student connect to their divine wisdom, enhancing endurance, intelligence, and intuition. Kundalini yoga focuses on breath-work, repetitive movements, and meditation. At the end of each class, you will relax with a sound bath that restores harmony and peace, improving your mental, emotional, and physical well-being. 


Join me with an open mind and experience the present moment through chanting, breath-work, and meditation. Yogis of all levels are welcome to explore the transformative benefits of this practice.
