is a reset experience designed for busy adults who are ready to shift from stress and burnout to clarity, calm, and vitality. Informed by the Recipe for Everyday Life, this course blends breathwork, sound healing, and meditation with simple daily rituals to help you reset your nervous system, reconnect with your inner truth, and feel more like you again.
Each week offers a simple, supportive "Recipe" for presence and purpose – drawn from Natalie’s Recipe for Everyday Life method.

Structured personal training for facilitating sound healing. This is not a certification course it's a deep dive into yoga phllosophy, foundations of sound & vibration, breath and voice practices, instrument integration, "reading the room" in a healing setting and hands on practice with multiple instruments.
