What will we cover in this program? 

The course book includes: how to establish a habit, time management & accountability, how breath supports and regulates your nervous system and learning body awareness through movement, sound & mudrā. 


Who is this program for?
Anyone feeling burned out, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves—and who wants structure and support to reset their habits without extreme routines.


Do I need prior experience with self-care or wellness practices?
No. Everything is beginner-friendly and adaptable to your current lifestyle.


Will this program “fix” burnout or stress completely?
No—burnout is complex. This course helps you create better systems and awareness, but it’s not a substitute for medical or mental health support if needed.


Is this program accessible for busy schedules?
Yes—the content is intentionally designed to fit into real life, not disrupt it.


Will I have support during the program?
Yes—weekly check-ins are included to help you stay accountable and on track. If you choose the premium package, you’ll also receive personalized coaching support, focused goal-setting, and additional bi-weekly check-ins for deeper guidance.


I noticed the program doesn’t run for 40 days—can you clarify how the timeline works?

While that’s technically correct, the final week is designed as an integration period. By the end of the in-person portion, you’ll have built a consistent daily routine that carries you beyond the 40 days and helps turn the practice into a lasting habit.
