is a reset experience designed for busy adults who are ready to shift from stress and burnout to clarity, calm, and vitality.
Informed by the Recipe for Everyday Life, this course blends breathwork, sound healing, and meditation with simple daily rituals to help you reset your nervous system, reconnect with your inner truth, and feel more like you again.
Each week offers a simple, supportive "Recipe" for presence and purpose – drawn from Natalie’s Recipe for Everyday Life method.
GONG THERAPY is a form of sound healing that uses the resonant tones of gongs to promote deep relaxation and emotional release. The vibrations and sounds produced by the gongs can help reduce stress, balance energy, and facilitate a meditative state.
SOUND HEALING
This practice of self-created sound, pranayama meditation and sound bath takes sound healing to another level. You will wake the energetic body and nervous system with a short breathing practice which will help you deeply relax to the sacred healing vibrations of crystal bowls, gong and other instruments allowing your body to fully reset and rejuvenate. Perfect for small groups and work settings.
